CUSTOM CRITICAL allows you to schedule your order to be delivered within a very custom specific time window of your choosing. You get your order(s) delivered based on when you ACTUALLY need them delivered instead of having to select a preset time frame or computer generated window. Lets say your customer or patient will ONLY be home between 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm to sign for the order? No problem, CUSTOM CRITICAL service will make that happen.  This is the only service of its kind in Ohio, and only offered to our valued clients.  You select the ready time, then you select the delivery time window. From there, our AI system automatically arranges and manages the rest for you. It's that simple. ​

STAT:
When you need it picked up and delivered fast, select STAT. With STAT, we'll match you with a partner driver who is able to pick up your package(s) within approximately 50 minutes of the ready time, then on route to its destination. ​

ROUTINE:

When your same-day shipment isn't as time sensitive, but you still want it completed in a timely fashion, then ROUTINE is your the perfect choice. With Routine, your order will be picked up within approximately 2 hours of the ready time, then on route to its destination.​

PHARMA Sweep​:

With our PHARMA Sweep service, smaller pharmacies are able to compete by adding an efficient delivery service to their operations. With PHARMA Sweep service, you enter your local orders (within 9 mile radius) by the 11:30 am deadline M-F.  A friendly courier will then pick up your order(s) and deliver them to your valued patients by 4:00 pm that same day. Best of all, this service is offered to our clients at a very completive price.
